Mattresses are not included with our individual beds as not everybody needs a new mattress and people who do need one may have different needs and preferences: However we do have a select few bed and mattress sets that are our best selling combinations. We also sell a range mattresses individually which can be added with any bed from our range or purchased on their own.
All beds and mattresses are handmade to order in the UK - Nationwide delivery is normally within 14 to 21 working days. Some areas may experience longer delivery times up to 28 working days.
Couriers will not attempt delivery without prior communication with the buyer. They will contact you up to 48 hours before to advise delivery day and time window.
All beds will require assembly which is not included in the delivery. Couriers will only deliver to the outside front door of your property. For flats they will only deliver to ground floor front door.
All colours can have slight variation due to digital screen limitations and variation in fabric roll batches. If you want a bed and ottoman box it is advised to purchase together to guarantee a match.
All beds and mattresses are handcrafted in the UK, adhering to the highest standards of quality, and are accompanied by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Should any defects in manufacturing or faults arise, the product will be repaired or replaced during the initial twelve months following purchase. It should be noted that replacement products will not be issued a new warranty period; however, they will remain covered under the original warranty, provided that the full twelve months from the date of purchase have not yet expired.
You do not need a printer or scanner. You will receive your agreement via email, once you have confirmed the order, terms and conditions you sign to accept the agreement electronically.
