Q) Do Pay Weekly Beds UK Supply mattresses with their beds?

A) Mattresses are not included with our beds as not everybody needs a new mattress and people who do need one may have different needs and preferences: However we do sell a range of our most tried and tested mattresses which can be added with any bed from our range or purchased on their own.

Q) How long does delivery take for my order from Pay Weekly Beds UK?

A) All beds and mattresses are handmade to order in the UK - Nationwide delivery is normally within 14 to 21 working days. Some areas may experience longer delivery times up to 28 working days.

Q) Will the delivery just turn up or will I be informed beforehand? 

A) Couriers will not attempt delivery without prior communication with the buyer. They will contact you up to 48 hours before to advise delivery day and time window.

Q) Are the beds from Pay Weekly Beds UK delivered assembled?

A) All beds will require assembly which is not included in the delivery. Couriers will only deliver to the outside front door of your property. For flats the will only deliver to ground floor front door.

Q) Is the colour an exact match?

A) All colours can have slight variation due to digital screen limitations and variation in fabric roll batches. If you want a bed and ottoman box it is advised to purchase together to guarantee a match.

Q) What warranty do the beds and mattresses come with?

A) All beds and mattresses are handmade in the UK to the highest standards and are covered by a 1 years manufacturers warranty.

Q) How does Pay Weekly work?

A) When applying for finance you select weekly / fortnightly or monthly repayments. If your application for finance is approved you pay a £15 deposit for your total order. We will process your order and aim to deliver to you within 14 to 21 working days. Your first instalment is usually 4 to 6 weeks from ordering depending on the payment frequency you selected on application.

Q) I applied for finance but was denied, why?

A) Unfortunately we are not provided with any information to your application with Snap Finance. You can reapply within 90 days.

Q) Can I have more than 1 finance agreement?

A) If you already have an existing finance agreement with Snap Finance and are paying it off you can contact Snap Finance to request a second application.

Q) The amount of credit offered by Snap Finance is less than I want to order.

A) The credit amount set by the finance company is their decision based on the checks they conduct and affordability assessment. If your order value is higher than the offered credit amount you can pay a larger deposit to cover the difference.

Q) I put an order through and was accepted but can not sign the agreement?

A) If you have been approved online for the finance and was unable to complete your order you will need to do this manually with us over the phone. Please call 0800 193 2337 and we can process your order manually, take deposit payment and send electronic agreement for you to sing.

Q) How do I sign the Snap Finance agreement?

A) You do not need a printer or scanner. You will receive your agreement via email, once you have confirmed the order, terms and conditions you sign to accept the agreement electronically.
