Gel Encapsulated Pocket Sprung Mattress

Encapsulated mattresses feel different to a standard pocket sprung. This one has a dense, solid feel, and you sleep in it rather than on it. The gel layer on top fills the gaps under your lower back and waist whether you sleep on your back, side or front, and it cradles you without the deep sink of full memory foam, so turning over or getting out of bed takes no effort.

The foam walls also cut down motion transfer. If one of you fidgets or gets up in the night, the other feels it a lot less. Add the edge support and this is a proper couples mattress, and the best all-rounder we sell. The sleep surface is a soft knitted silk blend fabric, with natural 100% Egyptian cotton side borders.

This is a medium firm mattress, around 6 to 7 out of 10. Bear in mind firmness feels a little different depending on your weight and build. Approx 10 inches deep.
